Yes, they are free-range! We put feed and water outside to encourage them to venture out and stretch those legs. With all this heat, we even set up a tarp to give them a shady area. The doors are only shut at night to keep them safe from predators.
Our chickens are given access to all the feed they want. Their feed has NO antibiotics, is non-gmo, and has no added hormones!
